1. Rental Process

Selection: Browse our extensive collection of costumes on our website. Select the items you wish to rent and add them to your cart.

Rental Period: Each costume has a standard rental period of 3 hours, beginning on the date and time you select for your rental to start. If you need the costume for a longer period, each subsequent hour is $25/hour.

Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your rental items, rental period, and total cost.
2. Pricing

Rental Fees: Rental prices are listed on the product pages. All prices are in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Damage Waiver: You may opt to purchase a damage waiver for an additional fee, which will cover minor damages incurred during your rental. This does not cover lost or stolen items.
3. Payment

A security deposit of $150 per costume is required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon the return of the costume in acceptable condition.
4. Pickup and Return

Return: Rental period ends when the costumes are returned at the same location as pick-up. Late returns incur a fee of $25 per hour, starting after the initial 3 hours.
5. Care and Handling

Lessees are responsible for maintaining the costume in the same condition in which it was received. All costumes must be returned clean and free of significant dirt or stains.
6. Damage and Loss

In the event of major damage to or loss of a rented costume, the security deposit will be confiscated and will go towards the full replacement cost based on the item's retail value.

If the damage waiver has been purchased, minor damages will be covered as specified in the waiver terms.
7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Lessee: If you need to cancel your rental, please notify us at least 48 hours before the pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a 30% cancellation fee.

Cancellation by costumerentalsa.com: We reserve the right to cancel any rental if the item is unavailable for any reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this renting policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and we encourage you to review our policy regularly.
