Cancellations Made at Least 48 hours Before Pickup: You are eligible for a full refund of the rental fees.

Cancellations Made Less Than 48 hours Before Pickup: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total rental fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

No-Shows: If you do not pick up your rental and do not inform us beforehand, your rental will be considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.
